The Paradigm family of owners, employees and associates are pleased to partner with several area charities. Ten percent of our annual profit is divided between the Nicole Parker Foundation, Project Home-Aid and the Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition. In addition to our donation, the Paradigm crew volunteers whenever possible to meet the needs of our community. A published author and MBA student, Ms. Davis has extensive management experience in builder transitions; condominium and planned unit development management; and communities in need of special services including pending litigation, re-construction, and deferred maintenance and funding concerns. Samantha Alvarez, CCAM is the President of the Orange County division of Paradigm Association Management Group. Samantha brings over a decade of management and senior level leadership experience to the team. Samantha worked most recently with a national home builder as the liason to the HOA communities they built. Samantha has a passion for the industry, education and the specific needs faced by the new home communities. Paradigm employs a team of experienced professionals to exceed the expectations of our clients.
